A leading global alternative investment management firm is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join its growing finance team in Dublin. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to senior leadership, cross-border finance operations and a broad range of complex legal entity structures.
The position is well-suited to a newly qualified accountant from a large public accounting firm or an accountant with up to three years’ post-qualified experience within asset management, investment management or financial services.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review monthly and quarterly management accounts for a portfolio of corporate entities across multiple jurisdictions
* Support the month‑end close process including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
* Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements under IFRS and/or local GAAP, coordinating with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion
* Maintain strong internal controls and support the ongoing development of accounting policies and procedures
* Work closely with global teams including tax, treasury, legal and fund finance to support new transactions, entity incorporations and restructuring activity
* Assist in monitoring corporate cash flows, intercompany balances and capital movements
* Participate in cross‑departmental projects including process improvements, system enhancements and scalability initiatives as the business continues to grow
* Provide ad hoc financial analysis and accounting support to senior stakeholders
Candidate Profile
* Newly qualified accountant or up to three years’ PQE
* Experience gained in a large public accounting firm or within the finance team of a global investment or asset management organisation
* Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience preparing or auditing financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP
* Able to take full ownership of work, manage deadlines and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions
