The Role
Provide high-level executive support to partners and fee earners in the Employment team
Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
Liaise with clients, counsel, and internal teams professionally and efficiently
Assist with billing, time recording, matter management, and file organisation
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain up-to-date records
Support the coordination of team initiatives, presentations, and client events
The Person
Minimum 4 years' experience
as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a busy law firm
Previous experience supporting senior stakeholders or partners
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Professional, proactive, and capable of building strong working relationships
