Who should apply?

* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification with 5+ years' post-qualification experience
* Experience leading or overseeing finance operations in a senior role
* Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
* Ideally, prior exposure to the not-for-profit, tourism or heritage sectors
* A collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, this role will be responsible for:
* Reporting – Deliver monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
* Budgeting – Collaborate with the CEO to develop, monitor, and manage budgets and forecasts
* Leadership – Lead the finance function, including all accounting operations (A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting)
* Compliance – Ensure compliance with financial and charity regulatory requirements
* Audit & Oversight – Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, funders and other key stakeholders
* Strategic Insight – Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
* Team Management – Recruit and manage a part-time Accounts Assistant
