Senior HR Administrator About the Company A leading organisation in the manufacturing industry based in Co. Westmeath. About the Role Support and lead recruitment for indirect roles and assist with direct hiring. Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive start for new employees. Support managers with performance reviews, feedback processes, and day-to-day HR queries. Assist with employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinaries. Manage employee benefits and liaise with external providers. Help drive engagement initiatives, wellness programmes, and cultural activities. Prepare HR reports and metrics such as absenteeism and turnover. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement across the HR function. What You Need 2+ years' HR experience in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing or similar preferred). A relevant third-level qualification (CIPD desirable). Strong HR systems experience (HRIS) and good Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills. A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to support managers and employees.
