An experienced EA is required for an organisation in Dublin 2 supporting the CEO and other senior executives. This position is a temporary assignment for 4-8 weeks. Candidates should be available for an immediate start. This position is fully on site. Duties: *Managing complex calendaring and scheduling, requiring internal and external coordination. *Preparation of external/internal correspondence and reports, and maintenance/filing of documents as necessary. *Create high quality presentations on behalf of directors for various meetings. *Coordinating constructively with the business and external parties in the planning of internal and external meetings and events. *Managing expense reimbursements process. *Organisation of a small number of team and leaders conferences and seminars, generally at an external location either in Ireland or abroad. *Efficient management of international travel arrangements to a very high standard of coordination and organization. *Anticipates potential problems that could impact the Executives and coordinates solutions. *Provide occasional secretarial support to the Chairman, as required. *Manages all correspondence and communication that comes into the Executives and coordinates responses. At times will make independent decisions regarding scheduling, distribution of calls and emails etc. *Handles matters proactively and follows through on tasks to successful completion. *Other ad hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time. Key Skills / Attributes *Previous experience in a similar role is essential. *Flexibility re hours of work and duties are essential *A discrete and confidential approach is critical. *Excellent administration and organisational skills, with a focus on attention todetail. *Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills. *Proficient in using full Microsoft Office Suite. *A proactive manner and the ability to display initiative.
