Quantity Surveyor - Medium Sized Contractor - Belfast My client is a well-established and reputable medium sized Builder based in Belfast.
With a number of new build private housing & retail projects, they wish to employ a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Recruiting a Quantity Surveyor with min of 6-7 years' experience you will have carry out the following: Managing all commercial aspects of the project, reporting directly to the operations & commercial directors.
Producing monthly valuations and applications, for direct submittal to clients.
Managing monthly commercial reporting.
Sub-contract procurement.
Managing "variation to contract" accounts.
Producing & managing direct labour payments.
