Anaerobic Digestion Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Research Assistant to join our team and assist in the ADAPT project. The primary focus of this project is on assessing biogas production in food processing residues using laboratory scale systems.
The Research Assistant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring experiments involving anaerobic digesters, continuously stirred tank reactors, and up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket systems. This includes task execution, data collection, and analysis.
The MaREI Centre's CEEES Research Group focuses on developing innovative technologies and tools for a zero-carbon society. Our research encompasses renewable advanced fuel production in circular economy systems.
Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant field, extensive experience in laboratory settings, and expertise in anaerobic digestion and biogas production. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential.
