GMP Warehouse Specialist – Materials & LogisticsDublin 15Pharmaceutical / Biologics Manufacturing (12 Months Contract)We are currently recruiting aGMP Warehouse Specialistto support materials management and logistics operations within aregulated biologics manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates withhands-on GMP warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and confidence working withSAP and powered industrial trucks.You will play a key role in ensuring thesafe, compliant and timely handling of raw materials and consumablesto support manufacturing operations. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Materials OperationsExecute day-to-day GMP warehouse activities, including receiving, sampling, storage and movement of raw materials and consumablesPerform quality inspections of incoming materials and consumablesCarry out GMP sampling of raw materials in ISO 7 (Grade C) controlled areas using downflow booths, fume hoods and biosafety cabinetsSupply manufacturing areas with materials in line with production schedules, ensuring a high level of internal customer serviceTransfer materials to Just-In-Time (JIT) areas and maintain appropriate stock levelsMaintain KANBAN systems for consumablesPerform cycle counting and support inventory accuracy activitiesOperate and monitor warehouse and sampling equipment in compliance with cGMP requirementsQuality, Compliance & SafetyContribute to SOPs, deviations, investigations, CAPAs and change controls related to materials managementEnsure warehouse areas and processes remain inspection and audit ready at all timesFollow all GMP, EHS and safety procedures, escalating any safety concerns or near missesMaintain high standards of housekeeping and documentationTeamwork & Continuous ImprovementWork effectively within cross-functional teams supporting manufacturing operationsParticipate in shift handovers and team meetingsSupport continuous improvement and operational excellence initiativesShare knowledge and best practices to support team development Required Experience & SkillsMinimum 2 years' experience in a GMP warehouse or materials management roleExperience within pharmaceutical, biologics or life sciences manufacturingWorking knowledge of SAP or similar inventory/warehouse management systemsTrained and experienced in operating powered industrial trucks, including:Powered Pallet Truck (PPT)Reach TruckVNA / Turret TruckStrong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures in a regulated environmentGood communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team QualificationsLeaving Certificate (minimum requirement)Third-level qualification in Logistics, Manufacturing or a related discipline (preferred) Desirable (Nice to Have)Experience handling hazardous materialsPrevious experience in biologics manufacturingC driving licence (rigid truck) – an advantage due to inter-building material transfers What's on OfferOpportunity to work in a highly regulated, modern manufacturing environmentStrong focus on training, safety and complianceSupportive team culture with a focus on continuous improvement
