We are seeking a Customer Applications Specialist to join a busy utilities client. This role focuses on managing high volumes of applications through to final connection, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder engagement.
The Role
Process renewable generator applications from submission to final connection
Manage high volumes of customer queries and stakeholder interactions
Apply generator connection policy and regulatory requirements accurately
Support continuous improvement of systems and processes
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives
Track and report on connection status and project progress
The Requirements
Essential
Experience managing customers and stakeholders in a professional setting
Ability to handle high workloads with strong accuracy
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
Awareness of electricity systems and renewable technologies
Third-level qualification or equivalent experience
Desirable
Utilities / electricity sector experience
SAP system experience
