Job Title: Programme Supervisor
About the Role:
This role requires a skilled and experienced individual to supervise and manage the delivery of person-centered services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with experience of managing teams and supervising individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams and other personnel to ensure best quality of service for clients.
* Manage the day-to-day delivery of a truly person-centred service for all clients who avail of Resource centre services.
* Document information and complete paperwork as deemed necessary for delivery of service to clients for accountability purposes.
Requirements:
* Third level graduate in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
* MAPA, Occupational First Aid, Manual Handling, infection prevention certification.
* Experience of management and supervising individuals and teams, as well as working with individuals with mental health, physical, sensory & ID disability.
* Full Clean Driving Licence preferable.
