We are seeking a 3rd Keyholder to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
* In the absence of management, open and close the store, ensuring safe and legal trading practices.
* Deliver sales through friendly customer service and efficient transactions.
* Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
* Assist with queries using product knowledge.
* Process store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
* Perform ear piercing tasks after receiving training.
* Maintain a presentable store appearance.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
* Strong customer service understanding.
* Basic math skills and reading comprehension.
* Able to stand during scheduled shifts.
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
* Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders, and operating POS systems.
