Accounts Assistant
to join our growing finance team. This role offers the unique opportunity to
progress within the company
and potentially
pursue professional accountancy exams
(ACCA, CPA, or similar)
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable
* Help with monthly management accounts preparation and financial reporting
* Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
* Support the finance team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
* Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers when necessary
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is a plus
* A business, finance, or accounting qualification (or working towards one) preferred
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
