Salary: €30,000 - €45,000 depending on experience
At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven CNC Operator to join our client’s growing team based in Navan. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CNC Production Operator to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization in the joinery industry.
What’s on Offer:
* €35,000 - €45,000
Your new role includes:
* Set up and operate CNC machines to fulfill job orders for custom joinery pieces
* Read and interpret technical plans and drawings
* Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure proper functioning
* Monitor machines during operation and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
* Perform quality checks on finished products and make adjustments as necessary
* Report any malfunctions or defects to the appropriate department
Experience you need:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in the joinery or woodworking industry
* In-depth knowledge of CNC programming and operation
* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
* Familiarity with woodworking tools and techniques
* Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus
* Secondary school diploma or equivalent, technical degree or certification is a plus
