Overview
Master Data Analyst / Administrator role at Adecco in Dublin South West. This is a hybrid role (2 days per week in the office).
Base pay range: 30-40k plus bonus, pension contr., holidays and Bank Holidays, 3 days per week from home.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the product master data throughout its lifecycle; identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues promptly, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address root causes.
* Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices for data management and governance.
* Provide support to the Pricing Analyst, ensuring seamless operations.
* Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions; deliver training and support to end-users on master data processes and standards.
* Start from administrative tasks and build out automation and standardising processes for Master data.
Qualifications
* Previous knowledge of SAP is nice to have; training will be provided.
* Very strong administrative skills and fast learner.
* Analytically minded with keen attention to detail.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key.
* Proficient in analysing business process flows.
* Ability and willingness to learn multiple IT systems and processes.
* Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
