Project Quantity Surveyor
to join their commercial team on a major commercial development in Dublin. This is a high-profile project with long-term progression and a strong financial package.
The Role
* Take full ownership of commercial duties across the project
* Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations & final accounts
* Drive cost control, reporting and value optimisation
* Ensure contractual compliance and maintain strong client relationships
Who You Are
* Degree qualified QS with
4+ years' experience
* Strong commercial awareness and technical understanding
* Confident managing subcontractors and reporting at project level
* Motivated, detail-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
