Procurement Specialist – Immediate StartLocation: DublinRole OverviewFortivum is now seeking a Procurement Specialist to support strategic sourcing activities for large-scale data centre construction programs. This role will work closely with global stakeholders to manage supplier sourcing, onboarding, and supply chain strategy execution across multiple professional service areas. Immediate start required.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport procurement and sourcing activities across data centre construction projects, including General Contractors, Architects & Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Cost Management, Project Management, and related professional services.Manage supplier sourcing and onboarding processes, including outreach, capability assessment, prequalification, screening, and vendor setup.Partner with the internal Procurement Team to support sourcing initiatives and regional supply chain strategies.Assist in planning and developing sourcing strategies to ensure adequate supplier capacity and geographic coverage.Coordinate and support end-to-end sourcing activities, including: Bid list development, RFP preparation and management, Stakeholder coordination, Negotiation planning, Supplier evaluation and award recommendations.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across global teams.Track supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs and support performance reporting.Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems, and procedures.Ensure work is delivered in alignment with supplier compliance and business conduct standards.Participate in regular team and project meetings.Required Experience5+ years' experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar roles within the construction industry.Experience supporting sourcing or contracts management on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier management experience.Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder project environments.
