Job Title: Community Mental Health Specialist
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with mental health difficulties in the community. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments and risk assessments, developing individualised care plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and supporting service users in managing symptoms.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work and be CORU registered, with post-registration experience in mental health preferred. A full driving licence and access to own transport are also required.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals.
