As Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing and optimising our organic and paid digital campaigns to drive quality traffic and maximise return on ad spend. This role builds on your existing knowledge and experience, providing increased ownership of performance marketing channels and direct contribution to our commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
Regularly review campaign performance and make datadriven decisions to improve results.
Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to refine targeting strategies.
Collaborate with the content and design team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
Support with tracking implementation using Google Tag Manager and maintain reporting dashboards in Google Analytics and Sheets.
Assist in the regular maintenance of the website, including updates to landing pages, banners, and products as needed.
Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to support seasonal and promotional campaigns.
Contribute to wider brand campaigns, supporting the marketing team with digital elements such as campaign rollout across paid and owned channels.
Support the development and delivery of a full SEO plan in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, with the aim of building sustainable organic traffic and reducing dependency on paid channels.
Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and algorithm updates relevant to performance channels.
Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis to improve engagement and conversions.
Education:
Person Specification
Thirdlevel qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field.
A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
Skills:
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience in developing marketing and communication campaigns and supporting materials.
Experience in optimizing google campaigns.
Experience in email marketing
Good creative thinking, and ability to translate insights into ideas.
Excellent communication skills.
Selfstarter who works well both independently and as part of a team.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience in Google Analytics, Meta, Falcon and/or Klaviyo would be an advantage.
