Requirements: Third-level degree with strong academic performance.
Experience with HR Digital Transformation and technology solutions like WorkDay, SAP, Oracle.
2-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or corporate settings.
Skills and competencies include: Designing Operating Models and Organizational Structures.
Managing large-scale change programs and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication, report writing, and team collaboration skills.
