Summary of Position:
The role reports to the Customer Operations Manager and is responsible for the commercial management of key accounts. The successful candidate will plan account activities, execute them to high standards, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed SLA targets.
The role requires proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce), along with project management tools. Leading work through these systems is essential.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or related field
* Proven experience in key account management or sales
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to meet multiple deadlines under pressure
* Full clean driving license – Class B
Responsibilities
* Coordinate, plan, and manage customer activities following KAM best practices
* Conduct regular customer meetings
* Optimize and develop workflows
* Maintain cross-functional communication within NVD
* Promote the voice of the customer internally
* Respond flexibly to customer needs, including onsite visits
* Stay informed about industry trends and anticipate changes
* Streamline customer and vehicle journeys within NVD’s supply chain
* Handle customer queries professionally
* Generate reports as needed
* Report issues promptly and handle complaints effectively
* Understand customer policies and procedures
* Support continuous improvement and customer-focused initiatives
* Perform other duties as required
