Senior IT Support Technician: Key Role in Hospitality Success
Job Overview:
This vital position is integral to the group’s hospitality operations, focusing on delivering exceptional technical support across multiple properties.
Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day IT support for seamless operations
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications, including MICROS POS & Oracle Opera
* Administer servers (WS2016+), manage networks, and maintain security protocols
* Ensure AV system maintenance and mentor junior staff members
* Develop and maintain SOPs to optimize processes
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality sector
* Hold a third-level IT qualification
* Expertise in Windows 11 Pro, Active Directory, firewalls, and virtualization
* Experience with Veeam Backup
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Full driving license
