Role: Pastry Chef
Salary: €36,000 per annum
Location: Coastal resort (Ireland)
Accommodation: Available
Meals on Duty: Provided
Full membership access to pool and leisure facilities
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, bake, and present a wide range of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods
Contribute to menu development with innovative and seasonal ideas
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Requirements
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert production
Creative flair and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Passion for food and commitment to excellence
