Job Title: Change Analyst (Post-Implementation & Adoption Support)OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Analyst to support the aftercare phase of a major technical implementation. This role will focus on user adoption, stakeholder engagement, training support, and continuous improvement following the rollout of new systems and processes.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology and wants to play a hands-on role in embedding sustainable change.Key ResponsibilitiesPost-Implementation & Hypercare SupportSupport the aftercare phase following system go-live, ensuring a smooth transition into business-as-usual.Act as a key contact for end users during hypercare, logging feedback and tracking resolution progress.Monitor adoption metrics and identify areas where additional support or intervention is required.Assist in tracking and reporting on change effectiveness and user engagement.Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Change Management SupportAssist in conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.Support the development and execution of change and communication plans.Help coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and workshops.Contribute to resistance management planning and user support strategies.Maintain change documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboards.Training & User EnablementSupport the design and delivery of training programmes for new systems and processes.Develop and update training materials, guides, FAQs, and knowledge articles.Facilitate training sessions (virtual and/or in person) where required.Gather feedback from training sessions and continuously improve materials.Provide hands-on support to users adapting to new systems.Process ImprovementIdentify operational pain points post-implementation.Gather and analyse feedback to recommend process enhancements.Support the documentation of new processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve system utilisation.Experience & Skills RequiredExperience supporting change initiatives within technology or systems implementation projects.Exposure to post-go-live / hypercare environments.Experience supporting or delivering training initiatives.Strong organisational and documentation skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.Proficient in Microsoft Office / collaboration tools.DesirableExperience working on digital transformation or enterprise system projects (e.g., ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms).Exposure to structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, APMG).Experience in process mapping or continuous improvement initiatives.This is a day rate role with a start date in March/April.
