About the Role:
* Prior experience in payroll and purchase ledger is essential.
* Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail are required.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems such as People Soft or Workday is necessary.
* Experience with accounting software like Quick Books is an advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
2. Enter employee hours, deductions, and other data with precision.
3. Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS platforms.
4. Work closely with the finance team to ensure employee data integrity.
5. Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
6. Support accounts payable duties, including invoice processing.
7. Assist with financial reporting and reconciliations using systems such as Quick Books.
8. Prepare documentation and support the finance team during audits.
