About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the management and delivery of small to large-scale energy infrastructure schemes throughout Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, preferably from a design consultancy background, with demonstrated expertise in all phases of planning, design, and construction.
The role includes winning new business, overseeing project delivery, client management, financial management, technical knowledge of site/route optioneering and appraisal, coordination of statutory approval process documentation, contract documentation, and management of construction activities.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the provision of efficient, high-quality engineering services with a high level of quality assurance in accordance with relevant design standards and codes.
* Possess technical experience in developing linear infrastructure through all project lifecycle stages, including optioneering, appraisal, preliminary design, planning, detailed design, procurement, and construction stage administration via Public Works Contracts and/or NEC.
* Be chartered or close to achieving Chartership.
* Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team.
* Proven ability to lead, manage, and work within a budget and schedule, controlling costs and managing change processes.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, client delivery partners, and team members to ensure successful results and effective delivery.
* Willingness to develop and build strong relationships with clients.
* Confidence to challenge the status quo and think creatively.
* Proven experience, preferably in Ireland/UK, in effectively managing clients and external stakeholders both technically and commercially.
* Hold a full Irish/EU driving license.
