We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, detailed technical drawings and plans based on architectural and structural specifications using Autodesk Revit software.
A successful candidate will have extensive experience in 3D modeling, construction documentation, and BIM coordination.
The ability to work within a collaborative environment is crucial as you will be interacting with engineers, architects, and project managers.
Responsibilities
Develop architectural and structural models in Revit
Produce detailed drawings and documentation for construction projects
Coordinate and manage Revit projects
Perform clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks
Ensure compliance with company BIM standards and workflows
Interact with architects, engineers, and design team to provide technical solutions
Continually advance knowledge with updates in existing and new software
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Revit Specialist or BIM Coordinator
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software
Understanding of architectural and construction drawings
Experience with 3D modeling and rendering
Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
Professional certification in Revit will be an added advantage
