Project Leadership Specialist
This role is pivotal in overseeing the operational delivery of projects across Ireland, ensuring timely completion and adherence to the highest quality standards.
* Direct the execution of projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing optimal resource allocation and maximum efficiency.
* Provide strategic guidance and oversee the performance of project managers, site teams, and engineering staff, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, with Chartered Engineer status desirable. A minimum of 10 years' experience in civil engineering or construction, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership/operations role, is essential.
A strong understanding of Irish regulatory frameworks, Public Works Contracts, NEC contracts, and local authority requirements is vital for success in this position.
