Role Summary
CULLY is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant responsible for supporting the finance and administration functions. The successful candidate will report to the Financial Controller and be based in our Leixlip office. This is a full-time, permanent role subject to a 6-month probation period.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier relationships, forecasting, purchase orders, record keeping, budgeting, and supporting audits.
* Ensure revenue targets are met for RCT.
* Manage sales invoicing, liaising with sales and project teams for accurate billing.
* Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks as needed.
The duties listed are not exhaustive, and additional tasks may be assigned as required.
Skills Required
* At least 2 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain within a small/medium enterprise.
* Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Knowledge of accounting software.
* Analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Confidentiality, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
* Self-motivated with a focus on process improvement.
* Team player with good communication skills.
