Key Responsibilities

* Drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business growth objectives by reporting directly to the Owners; Group CEO & MD.

* Provide specialist HR support to the Senior Management Team and employees.

* Review and enhance HR processes to support the company's ongoing expansion.

* Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a strong pipeline of top-tier talent.

* Oversee and manage employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinaries, while ensuring full compliance with employment legislation.

* Review and optimize compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent, staying ahead of market trends.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at Director or Managerial level.

* Proven experience advising senior leadership, leading recruitment activities, and refining HR policies & procedures.

* Proficiency in HR systems, performance appraisals, and training & development planning.

* Preferably, experience in the construction or engineering industry.
