This position would suit a motivated and detail-oriented leader with experience in a regulated or quality-driven manufacturing environment who is looking to progress their career within a well-established organisation.Your new roleYou will be responsible for leading and developing production teams to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include: supervising and mentoring production staff, promoting a strong culture of performance, quality, and safety. Ensuring full compliance with GMP standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems. Overseeing daily manufacturing activities, including material preparation, processing, cleaning, and monitoring tasks.
