Grants Finance OfficerLocation:Dublin 2 (hybrid working available)Starting Salary:€52,546 (non-negotiable)Hours:35 hour weekContract:12-month, full-timeAnnual Leave:29 days + public holidaysApplication Deadline: 12 Noon on Wednesday, 11th February 2026.Exciting opportunity to join a leading team in research finance As a Programme Executive in Research Finance, you'll play a crucial role in supporting funded research grant programmes, overseeing financial administration, compliance, and contributing to program development.Key Responsibilities:Perform compliance checks on grants and other payments as required.Maintain and update policies and procedure manuals in line with business requirements.Support the management and improvement of the organisations finance and grant systems.Support the internal and external audit processes and assist in the preparation of annual financial statementsFixed Assets accounting, ensuring all assets are recorded correctly and the Fixed asset Register is accurate and kept up to date.Essential Skills and Experience required:Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar (NFQ Level 7 or higher).Minimum of 5 years' direct relevant experience working in an accounts function.Experience of Accounting packages and/or ERP systems.Strong understanding of controls and good governance practices.Well-developed IT skills and understanding of MS Office 365 package.Strong organisation, communication, and IT skills; financial controls experience; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Preferred Skills:Experience in public sector or EU grantsStrong project management skillsIf you're ready to take the next step in your career, please apply with your CV today.
