Join a leading organisation driving sustainable growth, innovation, and international investment.Location:Dublin 2Department:FacilitiesSalary:€52,026Contract Type:PermanentAbout the Role:Our client is seeking aFacilities Coordinator to join a dynamic team, ensuring smooth delivery of soft services, front-of-house operations, and supporting project delivery across Dublin headquarters and regional offices.You will manage multi-site facilities contracts, oversee soft services, support hard services, and contribute to projects and climate action initiatives. You will act as the main point of contact for contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams, maintaining the highest standards across all facilities operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations across multiple offices, including facilities management and maintenance contracts.Oversee Soft Services: Reception, Security, Alarm Monitoring, Waste, Pest Control, Cleaning, Plant Maintenance, and Window Cleaning.Review PPM reports and address recommendations.Project manage contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Support room setup for events and visitor bookings.Assist with property and lease management, including preventative maintenance.Support procurement and tender processes in line with public agency best practice.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and Government Procurement regulations.Prepare and present proposals to committees or the Board as required.Key Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsClient-focused relationship buildingCreativity, problem-solving, and innovationStrong project management, negotiation, and influencing skillsRequirements:Proven experience managing Soft Services in multi-site facilitiesLevel 8 business or sector-related degree (NQF recognized)Full driving licenceMinimum 5 years' experience in Facilities contract management (Soft Services)Ability to work independently under pressure and outside standard hoursProficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPointTechnical knowledge of Hard Services and commercial awarenessDesirable Skills:AutoCAD proficiencyHealth & Safety knowledgeExperience with tender documents and procurement via e-tenders portalEnvironmental and sustainability expertiseInterested?Send your CV toPhilly LambeatLex Consultancy
