Cpl are seeking an experienced Administrator for our client based in Cork. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding business in a role with strong possibilities of progression:
1. Full time - Permanent
2. Core Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
3. Salary: DOE
4. This role is fully onsite
Key Responsibilities:
5. Operate a switchboard and run reception area, first point of contact for the business
6. Answer client queries by phone and email while assisting walk-in customers
7. Support the Accounts team with invoicing, cash, reports etc.
8. Maintain and update internal database systems and CRM
9. Liaise with vendors on services and deliveries
10. Collaborate and complete ad-hoc admin as required
Requirements:
11. Strong interpersonal skills
12. Experience in the motor industry a plus
13. Experience in customer facing admin roles beneficial
14. Background or interest in finance/accounts desirable
15. Access to your own transport to get to and from site
16. 2 years+ experience in similar administration roles
