We are seeking a Senior Pastry Chef to lead our pastry section, delivering outstanding desserts, breads, and banqueting items.

Option of a 4 or 5 day work week – always 39 hours total

Requirements:
Culinary Arts degree or equivalent international qualification
Minimum 6 years' pastry experience
Previous experience in a 4–5 star hotel or fine dining restaurant
Strong skills in breads, pastries, and large-scale banquet desserts
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen
