Coleman Legal LLP is a busy litigation practice based in Dublin 1. As part of the firm's continuing growth, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal Executive to work as part of a dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in plaintiff litigation. The role is full time.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Providing solicitors with support and assistance
* Producing legal documents
* Preparation of documentation for court
* Briefing and liaising with Counsel
* Liaising with various experts as required
* Reviewing Discovery
* Managing filing and archiving
* Communicating with clients on instruction of solicitors
* Other general administration duties as required
Job Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years' plaintiff litigation experience (personal injury and medical negligence areas).
* A high level of computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Experience with a case management system (experience with Keyhouse would be of advantage).
* Ability to prioritise and organise workload.
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* A good work ethic and a willingness to learn.
