The Role
Join Dublin Port Company as an Assistant Property Manager and help shape the future of our property portfolio. Reporting to the head of Commercial and Programme Management Office, you'll support the efficient and sustainable management of our buildings and assets, ensuring compliance and contributing to our environmental goals. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct and assist with annual site inspections across the Port, preparing clear and actionable reports with a focus on compliance and tenant obligations.
* Support audits of third-party suppliers to ensure adherence to standards and contractual obligations, compiling accurate audit reports.
* Coordinate property repairs by reviewing reports, managing costs, and ensuring timely completion within budget.
* Review and update property-related documentation, including Licences, Business Continuity Plans, and Occupier Handbooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain and update asset management systems (PEMAC and GISGRO) to keep records accurate and reflective of ongoing activities.
* Assist in monitoring and reporting on energy management activities, contributing to sustainability initiatives and data analysis.
Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in asset management systems (experience with PEMAC and GISGRO desirable).
* Experience in Property or Facility Management, or a related field is advantageous.
* Understanding energy management principles and sustainability practices beneficial.
* Full, clean driving licence (valid in Ireland) is essential for this role.
