Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to manage full-cycle accounts payable for our organization. As an ideal candidate, you will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices and payment requests with accuracy. You will also maintain supplier accounts to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
* Invoice Management: Review, verify, and process invoices and payment requests with precision.
* Supplier Account Maintenance: Maintain supplier accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
* Payment Processing: Prepare payment batches and process wire transfers and payments to suppliers.
* Accounts Payable Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions and verify discrepancies, if any, and resolve them.
* Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts payable reports.
* Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of organizational financial information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Full-Cycle Accounts Payable: Proficiency in managing full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice management, supplier account maintenance, payment processing, and reconciliation.
* Organization and Prioritization: Strong organization and prioritization abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Numerical and Analytical Skills: Excellent numerical and analytical skills to accurately process invoices and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
* Microsoft Office: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, to prepare and analyze reports.
* Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Confidentiality: Demonstrable experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
