Job Description Aramark Property are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to drive the Centre's marketing strategy, campaigns, and retailer engagement.
The sucessful candidate will work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment and will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives, managing multi-channel campaigns, supporting retailers, and fostering community and sustainability initiatives.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for a creative and organised marketer who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys delivering results across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Job Responsibilities Main Duties Responsibilities The following list is not exhaustive and additional marketing duties will be assigned as per Client and Centre requirements: Marketing Strategy Budgeting: Develop and implement the annual marketing plan; allocate and manage budgets to maximise campaign effectiveness; monitor market intelligence and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Campaign Management: Deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, and events; manage paid media with agencies (e.g., KBM Media); oversee creative asset development and branded content (e.g., RTE fashion/gifting); coordinate stylists, models, and creators.
Digital Social Media: Manage Centre's social media presence with consistent, engaging content; oversee email communications including F B and pay-day mailers; maintain accurate retailer listings and support the upcoming website launch.
Retailer Engagement: Build strong relationships through store visits and collaboration with head office teams; support retailers with campaign calendars, tailored content, and inclusion across marketing channels; manage ILAC Centre radio messaging.
Events Experience: Plan and deliver in-centre events and entertainment; oversee seasonal décor installation and removal in partnership with contractors and management.
Community ESG Initiatives: Lead CSR and sustainability efforts; collaborate with local authorities, schools, and charities to promote community engagement and retailer opportunities.
Reporting Administration: Attend team meetings and contribute to minutes; produce regular performance reports; support business planning; reconcile marketing budgets with accounts.
Qualifications Essential Expertise Competencies • A relevant third-level qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within a retail shopping centre environment or with a large-scale national or international retailer.
• Proven expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, and live events.
• Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and delivering impactful events and projects.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a genuine willingness to contribute to a dynamic and passionate team.
• Flexible and responsive approach to working in a fast-paced, inner-city retail environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively; strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with retailers, agencies, and community partners.
• Experience in budget management and data-driven decision-making through analytical skills.
• A creative mindset with hands-on experience in developing engaging content across various platforms.
