Opportunity
Glenisk is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will support various operational tasks across our production facilities, contributing to the smooth running of daily activities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that's transforming how Ireland produces food, one delicious pot at a time

Responsibilities include:
* Supply machines with necessary materials, such as shelf-ready packaging.
* Maintain continuous product flow through the factory.
* Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.
* Verify correct sealing, use-by dates, and undamaged packaging.
* Stack products on pallets, shrink wrap, and label as needed.
* Keep products chilled and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
* Regularly clean machines and floors, and tidy the work area at shift end.
* Ensure quality and safety standards and support team communication.
Required Skills
Glenisk is seeking applications from persons with:
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
* Experience working in a food factory or food production environment is an advantage.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
