We're partnering with a fast-growing organisation that's looking for an experienced
B2B Team Manager
to lead and grow their sales function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong track record in business development, partnerships, or employer engagement, who also has proven leadership skills.
Location: South Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: up to €85,000 + bonuses (€125k OTE)
This role will manage two key teams:
Regional Partnerships Managers.
Enterprise Sales Representatives.
You'll report into the Commercial Director and play a key role in shaping and executing the B2B strategy, ensuring targets are met, partnerships flourish, and sales grow sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop two high-performing sales teams.
* Build and refine B2B strategies in partnership with the Commercial Director.
* Set KPIs and ensure consistent delivery of revenue, new partnerships, and enterprise sales.
* Foster long-term relationships with education, government, and employer stakeholders.
* Guide enterprise sales activity from prospecting through to proposal and contract negotiation.
* Use CRM insights and market feedback to inform product and proposal development.
* Promote a culture of performance, collaboration, and client satisfaction.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or employer engagement.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring teams.
* Ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, from educators to employers.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, including at C-suite level.
* Strategic mindset with a focus on aligning business goals with market opportunities.
* Comfortable working independently and travelling as needed to meet stakeholders.
Nice to have:
* Experience selling into education or skills sectors, particularly where funding frameworks are involved.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
* Experience in a high-growth or education environment.
