The Customer Service Agent Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be a key member of our Contact Centre team, responsible for providing excellent service to our customers. Key responsibilities include:
Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to resolve a range of customer queries
Acting as the first point of contact for all new, existing and prospective customers, providing service through your understanding of all business services, products and procedures
Utilising our in-house systems to log customer queries
Working towards agreed individual and team targets
Requirements
Customer Service Agent Requirements:
Previous experience working in a contact centre environment would be advantageous
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Good IT skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
