Job Opportunity: German Speaking Project Control Specialist
Real people recruitment is working with an international business who are currently recruiting for an exciting position - German-speaking Project Control Specialist.
The job will entail
1. Extracting information from an internal system through reports and questionnaires.
2. Apply necessary workflow to compile and present information to the relevant teams and Management.
3. Coordinate events and manage locations based on specific criteria.
4. Conduct additional checks for the internal team and Management.
5. Maintain internal reports following established guidelines to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
External Systems:
1. Submit requests to municipalities for Cadastral and Title deed information related to the project.
2. Collect essential information and upload it into the system.
3. Execute tasks to gather comprehensive information about the location for prospective contract signings.
4. Assess the feasibility of construction, ensure Grid connection is in place, and address other requirements.
Requirements:
1. Native-level German language skills.
2. Fluent English language skills.
3. Enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn.
4. Preferably, prior administrative experience.
5. Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team player.
6. Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
