Hayward Hawk are delighted to be recruiting for an Audit Senior to join its clients expanding Audit team. This gives you an opportunity to work across a number of is a full time permanent role located in Dublin.
What You’ll Do:
* Support the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements across a variety of asset management sectors.
* Supervise and mentor junior team members, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
* Ensure audits are delivered efficiently and in compliance with regulatory and firm requirements.
* Perform risk assessments, develop audit programs, and carry out detailed audit testing in line with professional standards.
* Contribute to a positive team culture focused on learning, collaboration, and high-quality client service.
* Act as a key contact for clients throughout the audit process, maintaining clear and professional communication.
* Prepare and review audit documentation and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
What You’ll Need:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
* 3 years’ + audit experience.
* Strong understanding of accounting and auditing standards.
* Experience managing or reviewing the work of junior team members.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
