North Dublin-based freight forwarder seeks an experienced and qualified customs clearance operator.

Responsibilities
Creating UK export entries and Irish clearances
Addressing customs problems to prevent or minimise delays
Working closely with other group companies in the UK and Asia.
Work closely with the freight operations and the bonded warehouse teams.
Qualifications
Creating customs declarations for UK exports and Irish clearances
Creating Irish export declarations and UK clearances
Experience of TSS entries and supplementary declarations
Experience with ENS/GMR/PBN
Knowledge of transit bond operations and raising and discharging T1's and T2's
Experience using the Thyme-IT (Descartes) software
Knowledge of Azyra would also be useful, but not mandatory
Extensive understanding of customs processes in Ireland and the UK
Ability to problem-solve and work as part of a team
Flexibility in busy periods.
