Duties and Responsibilities:To take day to day responsibility for childrenTo work to high standards of careEnsure a good standard of hygieneAttend meetings and undertake training as requiredAdhere to Child Protection Policy of the service and report any concernsTo develop ongoing positive relationships with parentsAttend regular staff meetingsBe able to take charge and direct children in case of an emergencyMaintain strict confidentiality, any breach of confidentiality about children or their families will constitute gross misconductPerform any other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to timePerson SpecificationsMinimum 1 year's work experience in a similar role.English Intermediate or Higher level.
