We're looking for a detail-focused and tech-savvy administrator to join our ICT Team on a short-term(5-6 month) contract based in Oranmore, where no two days are the same and your work directly supports digital transformation and operational efficiency.What You'll Be Doing:You'll be the operational backbone of the ICT Team, supporting systems, processes, and people.
Your daily work will include:Managing and tracking budgets, contract costs, and procurement processesPreparing reports and providing administrative support across multiple ICT projectsNavigating public sector procedures, including Circular 14/21 complianceCoordinating and supporting meetings — from scheduling to follow-upsHandling document and content management, especially through SharePointContributing to the smooth delivery of procurement and financial workflowsWhat You Bring:Proven experience supporting budgets, procurement, and reportingStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools — especially Excel, SharePoint, and TeamsConfident managing documents and processes in structured environmentsExperience working with public sector procurement and Circular 14/21 (desirable)Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasksComfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative teamFor more information, please email
