We are seeking a Healthcare Professional Engagement and Contracting Operations Manager to join our commercial operations team, supporting our international countries in a hybrid work model.
In this role, you will oversee healthcare community engagement and contracting processes, ensuring compliance while supporting organizational objectives while collaborating with international commercial, legal, and compliance teams.

Discover your role:
Oversee healthcare community engagement and contracting across international countries.
Serve as primary contact for international commercial teams.
Coordinate training programs on engagement and sponsorship contracting processes.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and commercial teams.
Monitor process effectiveness and support regular internal reviews.
Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
You build alignment through clear communication and relationship management.
This role requires:
3–5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.
Experience involving engagement with healthcare professionals.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for engagements and sponsorships.
Knowledge of healthcare professional engagement, contracting processes, and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
