An exciting opportunity to join a growing sales team within Global Payments, focused on driving revenue from our existing customer base.
Description
We’re looking for a target-driven sales professional who thrives on upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals over the phone. This role is focused on unlocking value within an existing customer base — not cold calling or prospecting for potential pipeline.
You’ll work with warm customers to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and convert sales, playing a key role in driving business growth.
What Part Will You Play?
Proactively contact existing customers to identify and close upsell opportunities
Own the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
Deliver compelling product pitches and proposals
Cross-sell and upsell payment solutions to maximise account value
Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales opportunities
Build strong relationships while maintaining a clear focus on revenue generation
Accurately manage pipeline, activity, and sales outcomes in CRM
Stay up to date with products, pricing, and payments industry trends
Success is measured on revenue generated, conversion rates, and KPI performance
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
2+ years' experience in B2B sales, telesales, or revenue growth roles
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Strong closing skills, objection handling, and commercial awareness
Confident selling over the phone in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or retention sales highly desirable
Resilient, competitive, and motivated by earnings and performance
