Our strategic partner is Trinity College Dublin. The role of the Grade VIII MED Directorate Manager plays a pivotal part in achieving operational performance targets, driving change management, and overseeing financial aspects within the MED Directorate.
This position involves providing support for the operational functioning of the MED Directorate. The Grade VIII will assist in aligning the core principles of the MED Directorate with the hospital's overall strategic vision.
In addition, the Grade VIII MED Manager contributes to developing performance management frameworks, supports efficient resource allocation, and promotes continuous improvement in service delivery.
