Responsibilities:
1. Lead and support a team of testers through project delivery cycles
2. Define, implement, and maintain effective test strategies
3. Oversee both manual and automated test execution
4. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met
5. Encourage best practices and continuous improvement within the testing process
Requirements:
6. 5+ years of experience in a software testing or QA role
7. Strong hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing
8. Demonstrated leadership experience in testing or QA projects
9. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
10. A proactive mindset with a focus on quality and collaboration
